Position Summary

Responsible for collection, coordination, analysis and maintenance of the agency’s Training and Professional Development data. Responsible for producing reports and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Works with agency’s service areas to analyze data relevant to training, coaching, and subsequent performance to translate data findings into actionable recommendations and improvements. Link to full job details*: EnglishSpanish

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field with a focus on data collection, data analysis and/or analytical research. Plus, a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated work experience in data collection, data analysis, and research; of which two (2) years must be in a supervisory role
